The customer should also ensure that the pickup and delivery locations are reasonably accessible and that necessary permissions are obtained where required.

Packing and Handling

Where packing services are requested, our team will use suitable packing materials and handling methods based on the type of goods. Customers may also choose to pack certain belongings themselves.

Items packed by the customer may not receive the same level of packing protection as items professionally packed by our team. Customers should inform us about fragile, valuable or specially handled items before the move.

Restricted and Prohibited Items

Customers must not include illegal, hazardous or prohibited items in their shipment. This may include explosives, flammable substances, toxic chemicals, illegal drugs, weapons and other goods restricted by applicable laws or transportation regulations.

Loading and Unloading

For car and bike transportation services, customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details and ensuring that the vehicle is ready for transportation. Personal belongings should generally be removed from the vehicle before transportation unless otherwise agreed.

Storage Services
